Message through the crankshaft and the opening is timed with the crank (there is a port on the crank that matches the inlet from the carburetor). The only thing that I wonder is how they are getting the fuel into the compressed space. Perhaps the fuel tank is connected to the pressurized inletpipe.. *shrug*.. Badass still. :)
